一、性能、特點(diǎn)及用途--Performance,characteristics and application
A3SS-XT10液渣收集系統(tǒng)，在XT2的基礎(chǔ)上配置了不同的過濾組合，液渣手動(dòng)清潔裝置能有效的防止排屑機(jī)或機(jī)床水箱的二次污染。渦旋分離器加布袋式的過濾組合方式，適用于鋁屑、不銹鋼、碳鋼的細(xì)小切屑，不適用于粉末狀切屑的工況。
A3SS-XT10 Liquid Slag Collection High Pressure Coolant System, on the basis of XT2 configuration ofdifferent filtration combinations, liquid slag manual cleaning device can effectivelyprevent the secondary pollution ofthe debris discharge tank. the filter combinationmethod ofscroll separation and cloth bag is suitable for fine chips of aluminum,stainless steel and carbon steel, and is not suitable for powdery chips.

適用于重切屑的工況，隔倉自沉淀式水箱結(jié)構(gòu)。兼容立式/臥式加工中心、車銑復(fù)合產(chǎn)線，五軸聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)床，適應(yīng)加工鋼件、鋁件、不銹鋼件。
Suitable for heavy chipping conditions, compartment self-precipitation water tank structure. Compatible with vertical/horizontal machining centers, turning and milling compound production lines, five-axis inkage machine tools, suitable for processing steel parts, aluminum parts, and stainless steel parts.
